Frank Cohen has been a Principal of Schoenbeg, Finkel, Beederman, Bell and Glazer, LLC. Prior to joining SFBBG, Frank worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for six years as a Revenue Agent, Hearing Officer and Instructor while attending John Marshall Law School. Prior to his work with the IRS, he was a principal at Panter, Nelson & Bernfield. Frank concentrates in the fields of federal taxation, real estate law, corporate law, estate planning and probate. He is active in numerous civic and religious organizations. Frank has been involved with the Goldin Institute since it's inception and has acted as counsel and served on it's board since it's formation.
