Development Consultant

Working alongside the visionaries and leaders of the Goldin Institute, Lavinia focuses on fund development strategies for program sustainability and expansion. Currently, Lavinia leads L. M. Consulting Group, dedicated to helping non-profit organizations develop and implement fundraising strategies that strengthen program impact.

Lavinia brings over a decade of non-profit fund development experience, having held positions as the Assistant Director of Grants & Contracts for City Colleges of Chicago, Grant Strategist & United Way Liaison for Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, and Grant Developer for Chicago Board of Education (Chicago Public Schools). Lavinia earned a B.A. from Northern Illinois University, M.S. from National Louis University and is a self-taught visual artist.
